My fiance and I went under contract on a new build with Kinger Homes in May 2020, and moved into the house in January 2021. Working with Dhanesh and his team was very positive. Any time we had questions, he was prompt to reply and would figure out a solution to any minor hiccups that occurred (as you should always expect with a new build project). Since we moved in, he and his team have shown up more than once to tweak little things that we noticed, and we truly appreciate that. Would definitely recommend using Kinger for your new build.
